Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and engaging with True Value Projects ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

True Value Projects provides elite digital transformation services, including but not limited to:

• Web and App Development
• AI Agents and Automation Integration
• Q/A Testing and Quality Assurance
• Security Audits and Hardening
• Comprehensive DOT Framework Engagements

3. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a project-based pricing model:

• Build Services: Starting from ₹7,000+
• Secure Services: Starting from ₹12,000+
• Hardware Solutions: Custom quoted based on requirements

Payments are structured on a milestone basis as agreed upon in the project proposal. Work commences only upon receipt of the initial deposit. Failure to meet payment milestones may result in project suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the client owns the final deliverables (custom code, designs, and assets) created specifically for their project. True Value Projects retains all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary tools, methodologies, open-source integrations, and underlying frameworks (including the DOT Framework) used to deliver the services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary business information, trade secrets, data, and strategies shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Value Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our engineering services, we do not offer refunds for work already completed or hours already billed. Either party may cancel the project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction.
